It's amazing how fast the weight drops when you first start simply because you cut out obvious things. I'm down to 206.8 today which is already 3.6 lbs. The only different things I've done is cut out my wine (boo!) and stopped snacking after dinner. Oh, and increased my water drinking.
I imagine I'll lose some weight pretty fast just from that but I know I will hit a point and stop and then have to work for it again. Not that going without wine isn't work!
Once the house is fixed and I can have my weight lifting things back up, I will add in that. I'm excited about doing that.
I actually did some yoga stretches this morning and it felt simply amazing! I'm glad to be moving again!
